Enzo is a CEO at June.so - the next-gen product analytics for B2B SaaS. He posts his journey in public and writes a ton about product management. He recently posted an article on managing Churn. Gem #3: Negotiations by William Ury
William Ury is best known for his books Getting to Yes and Getting past no, which he co-wrote with Roger Fisher. He is the foremost negotiator and has worked on many high profile cases especially in the Middle East.
Negotiation is a skill that can be learned and is also an important for PMs to acquire. His book getting to Yes is a must read. William recently came on the Tim Ferris podcast. This would be of interest to you.
