Gem #1: Wave 2 of Gen AI in B2B will focus on Synthesis by Andreesen Horowitz
This is an interesting article for B2B PMs who are currently working on Gen AI applications or want to include Gen AI in their products.
To date, generative AI applications have overwhelmingly focused on the divergence of information. That is, they create new content based on a set of instructions. In Wave 2, we will see more applications of AI to converge information. That is, they will show us less content by synthesizing the information available.

B2B Product Management is quite different from B2C. How you approach as a PM is quite complex. In this article, the author shares an interesting case study of a B2B app. This gives a good picture of managing a B2B product.

Gem #3: Deliver great presentations by removing crutch and filler words - HBR
As PMs, we often have to make articulate presentations - to customers, engineers, executives and other stakeholders. Creating a compelling a presentation is of course important but delivering it effectively is also important. A great slide but poor delivery will not impact on your audience, and they might even be put off.
Many of us use crutch words and filler words to help us get through the delivery of a presentation. This article on Harvard Business Review does a good job of how to be a better presenter.
