Gem #1: Investing in Internal Documentation by David Nunez
As startups and product teams grow, there is a lot of internal knowledge trapped about product and engineering decisions. And if they are not documented, then it’s harder to make changes. Most of the knowledge is trapped in early employees heads, and if they leave, the institutional knowledge goes with them.
In this article, he shares his step-by-step playbook for establishing good internal documentation habits at your startup. He unpacks his tested tactics for creating a culture of documentation, setting the quality bar and keeping things organized.
Gem #2: Inside the AI black box by Pete Huang - Neuron AI podcast
In the recent “The Neuron AI explained” podcast, Pete discusses the recent research by Anthropic where they dissected the AI models to learn how the black box actually works.

Gem #3: Book recommendation - The Right it by Albert Savoia
So I have been reading this fascinating book called The Right It. The book focuses what is the right product or feature to build. Albert proposes many methods of discovery and experiment that will help you decide what the right product to build, including if there is even a demand.
I loved the IBM Dictaphone experiment in the phone. A must for PMs and definitely a must read for startup founders.
