Gem #2: The Real Reason Getting People to Actually Use Your Product Is So Hard by Aaron Dinin
In this article, Aaron shares why it is hard for people to change behavior that you as product person want in your user. People aren’t particularly good about being proactive when it comes to solving their problems, and this is the core challenge entrepreneurs have to overcome in order to be successful.

Gem #3: Statistics for Product Managers by StatQuest with Josh Starmer
I believe everyone should know statistics at a fundamental level. Most have a good idea of descriptive statistics e.g. mean, median, max, min. But few of us have any idea about inferential statistics. This is the world of probability, p values, statistical significance, confidence intervals and margin of errors.
I get it. Stats was the most boring class for higher than average (no pun). Teachers were not interesting (mine was). And the subjects is taught in a boring way.
Every person should have a good understanding in practical terms. Trust me, it helps you better understand the world and people in any domain - sports, business, politics, elections etc. I especially recommend PMs to have a good understanding of inferential statistics.
I found this interesting channel on YouTube that is easy to understand. Try it.
